A property owner has invited you to work their real Dubai listings on Refty. The link binds you to that owner, so after you verify you get their units and documents directly — no manual file-sharing over WhatsApp.
It is anti-phishing. The owner gives you a 6-digit code in person or by call; entering it proves the invite is genuine and that you are the broker they meant to bind. The code is single-use and expires after 30 minutes.
Ninety days of access to this owner’s listings and the documents they have shared — title deeds, contracts, reports — plus full unit data, ranking and valuation. Payment is one-time via Stripe.
Yes. Before payment, each listing shows how many documents are shared, so you can judge the value before you unlock access.
You still see the whole portfolio. Units the owner has not opened to you appear blurred with a “Request access” button — one click sends the owner your request, which they can approve.
Documents live in private storage behind server-side access checks, and share links expire within minutes. If the owner revokes access or a payment is refunded, your access closes immediately.
In your Refty B2B workspace, under My Listings — the same interface you already use. There is no separate broker cabinet to learn.
Ask the owner to open My Home → Brokers, generate a fresh broker link, and send it again. Expired or revoked links cannot be reused, so a new one fixes it.
