Payment terms

• All payments are one-time. Nothing renews and nothing is charged again without you paying again.
• Card payments are processed by our payment partners. Where a card is charged in US dollars, the AED price is converted at 1 USD = 3.6725 AED and rounded up to the cent.
• Your receipt is emailed to you by the payment provider.

Refund policy

• If you have not started using a purchase — no lookup delivered, no conversation started, nothing published — we refund it in full when you ask within 7 days of payment.
• A unit lookup that finds no unit is never charged, so there is nothing to refund for it.
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used.
• To ask for a refund, write to support@refty.ai from the address you paid with, or attach your receipt.
